On the Construction of Humanistic Constitution Culture

立以足于以人为本的法学新理念,创建以人为本的宪法文化对于宪法的真正实施和宪政功能的实现具有重要意义;以人为本是法的本元价值、宪法规范的核心体现、宪法生命的根本需要、现代法治的根本保障,因而是宪法文化的价值核心与精神内涵。宣传教育、制度建设以及加强宪法本身的发展是建构宪法文化的路径选择。

Based on the new concepts of legal studies, this paper argues that the construction of humanistic constitution culture is of great importance to the implementation of constitution and realization of constitution functions. Humanism is the primary value of law and essential expression of constitution. The paper ends with specific proposals for the construction of humanistic constitutional culture.
