论述了蓬莱市域水土流失灾害现状特征，分析了造成水土流失的自然因素与人为因素，提出了水土流失灾害的若干防治对策。

In this paper,the author expoundes the modern features of water loss and soil erosion hazard in the area of Penglai city,analyses the natural factors and human factors causing water loss and soil erosion and at last propose some prevention countermeasurse of water loss and soil erosion hazard in the area of Penglai city.
