摘要
以H2SO4溶液为吸收液,用聚丙稀中空纤维研究了N2、NH3混合气中分离氨的传质过程.该过程中,氨的分离为一级动力学过程,H2SO4和(NH4)2SO4浓度对氨的分离没有明显影响.实验结果表明,H2SO4的平均利用率为99%以上,(NH4)2SO4的生产能力为147.7kg/m2·d.
In this paper, the mass transfer process for separating ammonia from N2·NH3 in mixed gas was studied with polypropylene hollow fiber membrane using H2SO4 as absorbent solution. The separation of ammonia is the first order kinetic process and the effect of concentration of H2SO4, and (NH4)2 SO4 on Separating ammonia is unremarkable in this process. The experimental results indicated that the utilization rate of H2SO4 is more than 99% and every square meter of the hollow fiber has a capacity of producing 147.7Kg of (NH4)SO4 per day.
