摘要
组织面临着前所未有的复杂多变的环境, 激进式变革成为组织必须具备的能力。运用“融知-发酵”模型对组织变革过程进行了剖析, 认为知识经济时代的组织变革必须重视知识管理和知识员工, 提出了组织变革的系统思维方法。组织变革的关键是重新思考,“知识母体”的概念拓展了获取知识载体的思路。领导者在组织变革过程中要善于重新思考, 确定组织的发展方向, 寻求知识母体, 并善于为知识员工创造良好的知识创新氛围。
The complex and flexible environment that organizations face now is never seen before, and the ability of radical transforming is becoming absolutely necessary to an organization. The organization transforming process is also anatomized here by means of“knowledge convening & fermenting model”, and the paper gives the opinion that in the knowledge economy times, organization transforming must focus on the knowledge management and the acquirement of the knowledge employees. Through the“knowledge convening & fermenting model”, we put forward the system thinking way of organization transforming. The key point of organization transforming is reconsidering, and the thinking of the knowledge carrier's obtaining is widened by the definition of“knowledge matrix”. So the leader should do well in the reconsidering during the process of the organization transforming, confirming the organization development direction and searching for the knowledge matrix; meanwhile, he also should be good at the creation of the favorable knowledge innovation environment for knowledge employees.
