采用开放式问卷对高校学生干部应具备的重要人格特质进行了调查,得出以下结论:1.干练、沉着冷静是高校优秀学生干部的典型人格特质;2.责任心强、能力过硬是被公认的高校学生干部的权威人格特质;3.亲和力是高校学生干部优良人格特质的魅力所在;4.高校学生干部的创新意识和创新能力亟待加强。

Based on an open questionnaire about major characters that a college student cadre should possess, this paper concludes: (1) Able-mindedness and sober-mindedness are typical characters of an excellent student cadre. (2) A strong sense of responsibility is a student cadre's accepted authoritative character. (3) The character of affinity is an excellent student cadre's charm. (4) College student cadres' awareness of innovation and their creative abilities should improve.
