摘要
“十五”以来,浙江省中小学校长培训工作存在诸多问题:校长培训工作重要性和主动性认识不足,培训内容的针对性和实效性还有待提高,培训模式和方法需要进一步创新,培训师资队伍建设亟待加强等。为此,“十一五”期间,中小学校长培训应构建开放灵活的培训体系,增强培训机构的培训能力,健全培训制度,提高培训质量,实现区域培训的均衡发展。
There have been some problems of the principal training in Zhejiang Province since 2001. In some counties there is an insufficient understanding of the importance of principal training. The effect of training needs to improve. The training pattern and model need to be innovated further. And the reconstruction of the training team needs to be strengthened. Accordingly, the principal training in Zhejiang should set up an open, flexible training system, reinforce abilities of training organizations, complete training institutions, improve training quality and realize a balanced development of regional training.
