依法治校是依法治国的重要组成部分。要做到依法治校就要了解和弄清涉及学校的各种法律关系,完善法律制度,构建完善的法律制度实施的机制,保障各方利益的实现。
It is the important component of running the country according to law to manage the school in accordance with the law. Make sure to manage the school and understand and clarify all that involves various kinds of legal relations of the school in accordance with the law, perfect the legal system, structure the mechanism on which the perfect legal system is implemented, ensure the realization of each side's interests.
