The unreasonable system restrains the cars' coming into families while the reasonable system will promote it . Now the unreasonable systems existing both in the production of cars and in the consumption of cars. They seriously restrain the consumption of cars in China. We must reform the system strongly so that we can encourage the production and consumption of cars.
