摘要
在0.18~0.32mol/LHCl介质中,Mo(Ⅵ)与3,4-二甲氧基苯基荧光酮(DMOPF)和Tween-80形成三元胶束配合物,最大吸收峰在526nm处,摩尔吸光系数为1.16×10 ̄5L·mol ̄-1·cm ̄-1,Mo(Ⅵ)含量在0~0.53μg/ml范围内符合比耳定律。所建立的方法用于矿样中Mo的测定,结果较为满意。
n hydrochloride acid medium(0.18~0.32mol/L),molybdenum forms a ternary complex with 3,4-dimethoxyphenyl fluorone and Tween-80.The maximum absorption is at 526nm and the apparent molar absorption coefficient is 1. 16 × 10 ̄5L· mol ̄-1· cm ̄-1.The constitution of the complex is Mo:3,4-dimethoxyphenyl Fluoron=1: 1 in the presence of Tween-80. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range 0~0.53μg/ml Mo(Ⅵ).The method has been used for the determination of molybdenum in ores with satisfactory results.
