摘要
研究工作表明在粉未压片试样中,由于不同价态的硫所发射的X射线谱(SKα和SKβ)发生位移,Kα/Kβ谱线强度比不一致;以及粉未压片-XRF测定硫的结果随保存时间的增长发生变化,导致了分析地质试样中全硫时的测定误差。提出采用熔融粉末压片法制样,试样中硫全部转化为硫酸盐硫,克服了谱线位移和试样不稳定问题,提高了全硫分析结果的准确性。
t was shown that the valence state of sulfur has an important effect on the X-ray lines(Kαand Kβ)emitted bv sulfur and causes a drift of the peak positions.The intensitv ratio Kα/Kβ ofsulfide sulfur is different from that of the sulfate. This explanes why the total sulfur values ob-tained by the ordinary XRF spectrometry show a variation with the increase in the time of preser-vation of the powder pellets.It was proposed that instead of the use of the ordinary powder pelletmethod,the sample is prepared through a fusion-crushing-briquetting procedure to convert allvalences of sulfur to the sulfate form,The above method removes the peak drift and improves theaccuracv of the determination of total sulfur.
