摘要 邻羟基萘基荧光酮-溴化十二烷基二甲基苄铵光度法测定微量锡冯泳兰,邝代治衡阳师范高等专科学校化学系421008邻羟基萘基荧光酮(β-HNF)已应用于光度分析测定微量Mo ̄[1]。本文研究了在稀H_2SO_4介质中,溴化十二烷基二甲基苄铵(DDMAB)存... he determination of tin(Ⅳ)is based on the formation of a red complex between tin(Ⅳ)and o-hydroxy-naphthyl fluorone in the presence of DDMAB and dilute sulphuric acid medium.The absorbance of the complex is measured at 505nm against a reagent blank with molar absorp-tivity of 1.64×10 ̄5L·mol ̄-1.cm ̄-1.The molar ratio of tin(Ⅳ)to o-HNF is estaHbhed as 1:2.Beer’s law is obeyed in the range 0~0. 4 8μg/ml Sn(Ⅳ),The method has been applied to the de-termination of tin(Ⅳ)in ores with satisfactory results.
