摘要
介绍了测定环境水质中6种酚类污染物的气相色谱分析方法。研究了乙酸酐作为酚类衍生化试剂的pH条件,选择甲苯为萃取剂。比较了大口径毛细管柱和填充柱,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)和电子捕获检测器(ECD)分离以及测定酚类污染物的精密度和检出限。方法简便,适用于监测地表水和污水中的酚类污染物。
cetic anhydride is used to effect the direct acetylation of phenols in an alkaline solution.Stable acetate esters are formed which permit an improvement of the chromatographic characteristics. Toluene in small volumes is used as the extracting agent.Six phenol derivatives have beenseparated on a 20m PEG-20M fused silical megabore capillary column or a 2m SP-1 240DAcolum. The presented method is simple,practical and efficient,and is suitable for monitoringphenol contaminants in surface waters and effluents.
