A Discussion of the Strategy of Managing the Public Crises by the Government

所谓公共危机就是指社会遭遇严重天灾、疫情或出现大规模混乱、暴动、武装冲突、战争等,社会秩序遭受严重破坏,人民生命财产和国家安全遭受直接威胁的非正常状态。目前,各国政府面临着各种公共危机强烈冲击。就我国而言,防范公共危机,必须做到:树立全民公共危机意识,建立危机预警监测机制;建立和完善政治与法治支持机制等工作。

The so-called public crises refer to the situation that the society meets with natural disasters, epidemic situation or large- scale confusion, insurrection, military conflicts and wars. The social order is in face of very serious destroy and the nation's safety is directly threatened. Nowadays, the governments are facing various strong impact of various public crises. For our country, the following things must be done to keep the public crises away: all people should have the sense of the public crises; set up and complete the the political and law support system.
