长期以来,史学界对北宋“元祐更化”持否定态度。但是,“元祐更化”虽然废除了大部分熙丰新法,仍保留了熙丰新法中确实可行的有利部分。因此,我们对“元祐更化”的评价应持一分为二的态度,对其利弊得失作实事求是的分析。

For a long time,historians have held a denial attitude to “Yuan You Geng Hua” of the Northern Song (Dynasty.)Although the majority of the Xi Feng New Corvee had been abolished during “Yuan You Geng Hua” period,the advantageous parts of the new Corvee have been maintained.So we should evaluate “Yuan You Geng Hua” objectively and analyse its advantages and disadvantages in a practical way.
