摘要
运用问卷调查、实地访谈、比较研究及逻辑分析等方法 ,对北京、上海、广州等 80家经营性健身场所有氧操健身者基本状况的调查与分析 ,了解有氧操健身者的性别、年龄、职业、文化程度等特征 ,从侧面了解现代社会体育参与人群的具体情况 。
Through using the method of questionnaire,interview,comparative research and logical analysis,this paper makes survey on basic condition of aerobic exercisers from 80 commercial gymnasiums in Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou.The main purpose is to realize the characteristics of gender,age,occupation and education background of exercisers in order to further promote the aerobic exercise in social sports.
