摘要
通过对 2 0 0 1年山西省忻州市成年人体质测试的情况分析 ,反映忻定盆地成年人体质现状 ,探讨科学锻炼方法 。
Through analyzing on adult physical fitness of Xinzhou city in Shanxi province in 2001,this paper points out condition of adult physical fitness in Xinzhou city,discusses the scientific exercise method,put forwards relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
