摘要
熊胆自古以来作为药材广泛应用于临床,但熊胆粉具有很强的腥味和苦味,常常使人不便服用。本实验采用乙醇提纯法根据β—环状糊精包接原理,试图消除市售引流熊胆粉的腥味及苦味。实验证明,胆汁的特征性成分的组成基本没有变化的前提下,可以除掉各种残渣,去苦腥味,提高熊脱氧胆酸和鹅脱氧胆酸含量。本法可适用于熊胆制剂的开发和应用。
Abstract Gall bear is widely used to clinical proetice as a medicine from ancient, ancient, but it has very strong of bitter and stinking smell people feel dlfficult to take it. Authors try to remove the bitter and stinking smell from commercial Gall bear powder using the method of extract and purify in alcohol and inclusion complexes of β-cyclodeoxtrin. The result of the experiment shows that it is possible to remove all kind of impurities, hi tier and stinking smell from (M) Call bear under not changing specific components of Gall bear basically and increase the content of chenodeoxy cholic acid and ursodeoxy cholic acid.This me thod is suitable for exploration and application of prepation of Gallbear.
