论述了建设工程质量政府监督管理的必要性 ,从施工验收阶段和保修、使用维修阶段 ,就政府监督管理的具体内容作了详细介绍 ,以最终实现政府建设行为和落实相关制度为主的有效监督管理。
The necessity of quality supervision and management of construction engineering by government is discussed. In view of practical situations in acceptance stage and service stage concrete supervision and management content of government are introduced in order to realize high efficient supervision and management by government in policy implementation and behaviors regulation.
