消屑灵软膏的抗炎、镇痛及止痒作用研究

Study of Xiaoxieling Unguent on Anti-inflammatory,Analgetic and Anti-pruritic Effects

目的:研究消屑灵软膏的抗炎、镇痛及止痒作用。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法,蛋清致大鼠足肿胀法、小鼠热板法和右旋糖酐致瘙痒法观察消屑灵软膏的药理作用。结果:消屑灵软膏对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓急性炎症和对蛋清所致大鼠足肿胀有明显抑制作用,且能提高小鼠热板法引起的疼痛阈值,并有效对抗右旋糖酐所致小鼠瘙痒。结论:消屑灵软膏具有良好的抗炎、镇痛和止痒作用。

Objective:To study the effects of Xiaoxieling unguent on antiinflammation,analgesia and anti-pruritic action.Method:To observe the pharmacological effects of Xiaoxieling unguent by the methods of xylene-induced ear acute inflammatory edema of mice,egg white-induced foot acute inflammatory edema in rats,pain of mice induced by heat-board,and dextran-induced pruritus in mice.Results:The results showed that xylene-induced ear acute in- flammatory oedema and egg white-induced foot acute inflammatory oedema were inhibited,and the pain threshold was increased,Moreover,allergic pruritus was inhibited by Xiaoxieling unguent.Conclusion:Xiaoxieling unguent is an ex- ternal drug with anti-inflammatiory,analgesia and anti-pruritic actions.
