摘要
介绍了用正交实验法设计乙醇对连翘中连翘苷进行提取的工艺研究。探讨了提取连翘苷时提取剂用量,提取温度,提取时间和提取剂浓度对连翘提取物的收率和其中连翘苷含量的影响。优选出最佳工艺条件,为工业化生产提供理论依据。
The paper describes the process of extracting forsythin from fruits of Forsythia suspensa(Thunb)Vahl with alcohol by orthogonal design.The effect of amount and concentration of solvent and temperature and timne of extrac- tion on the yield of fruits of Forsythia suspensa(Thunb)Vahl and the content of forsythin in the extract are discussed. The optimum parameters are obtioned there with.
