Study of Production-Inventory Cooperation for Deteriorating Items on Supply Chain

供应链中的协作管理对于提高供应链整体绩效具有重要的作用,特别是对于具有变质特性的易腐物品,实施供应-生产-分销的三级协作将极大降低三方的订购和库存成本.基于三级供应链,构建了易腐物品的集成化供应、生产和库存模型,通过引入成本分享机制,保证了供应链成员企业多赢的实现.这种协作机制为供应链的整合提供了新的途径和思路.

The supply chain cooperation is very important to improve the performance of supply chain. In particular, for deteriorating items, a cooperation will greatly decrease the cost of supplier, producer, distributor, and all three. By considering the cooperation of three-echelon, an integrated production-inventory model for deteriorating items in supply chain was developed. The cost sharing mechanism was introduced to guarantee the implementation of integration and multi-win. The mechanism guides the way to integration of supply chain.
