虫克星对黑熊消化道寄生虫的驱虫试验

Experiments of CKX on Expelling worms of digestive tract's parastite in black bear

１９９４年１月份和６月份，对延边两家养熊场３８只熊进行消化道寄生虫区系普查，并在此基础上用虫克星和盐酸左咪唑进行了对比驱虫试验。结果，两种药物使犬蛔虫、犬钩虫和类圆线虫的虫卵减少率、转阴率均达到１００％，但虫克星组的排虫时间显著长于盐酸左旋咪唑组。

A general survey on of 38-bear's digestive tracts was done at two ber farms in Yanbian on January and June,1994,and a Comparative experiment expelling worms between CKX and hydrochlorride levamisol was done.The results showed,the eggs's decrement of Dog-round worm,Dog-hookworm and -like nematode reachde to 100 perceut treated by the two kinds of vermifuge,also was the eggs rate of turning to negative.But the time of expelling worms treated by CKX was later and longer notably than by hydrochloride levamisol.
