静脉血栓早期机化阶段动物模型的建立 被引量:12

摘要 目的 :建立静脉血栓早期机化阶段大鼠模型。方法 :采用激素致血瘀大鼠股静脉起始处不全结扎 ,环形缩窄管腔 1 2限流 ,直流电刺激造栓的方法制作动物模型。造模后随机分组观察血栓机化的病理改变 ,实验末测定血浆t PA、PAI活性 ,并与未造模的正常组做对照观察。结果 :模型制作后 ,全部大鼠股静脉内均形成稳定的血栓。机化从血栓形成的第 3天开始 ,第 7~ 15天 ,机化处于相对稳定阶段。模型组的血浆t PA PAI比值显著下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,与正常组比较统计学差异显著。结论 :静脉血栓早期机化阶段大鼠模型制作成功。 Objectives: To establish deep venous thrombosis (DVT) model in rats at the early stage of thrombus organization.Methods: Dexamethasone was injected for 7 days,after that,the half strictured femoral vein was made by ligating incompletely with silk thread,then,the local vein was burnt with direct current.After operation,rats were divided into 6 period groups,the pathologic character of thrombus organization in each period was observed.At the end of the experiment,Activity of t PA and PAI were detected with normal contral group.Results: Verous thrombus was appeared in all experimental rats.Three days later after the operation,the sign of organization in thrombus could be found.In the period of seventh to fifteenth day,thrombus organization was at the condition of relative stabilization.The ratio of t PA/PAI in model group was decreased than that in normal contral group ( P <0 05).Conclusion: The DVT model in rats at the early stage of thrombus organization was successful.
