摘要
根据我国近几年公路工程招投标工作的具体形式 ,结合本人所参与的几项工程投标工作的情况 ,谈一些对投标前的准备工作及标书编制于报价策略的体会 。
Based on the situations of invitation to bid and bid for highway engineerings in our country in recent years,the author talks about some preparatory jobs prior to bid and some knowledges to tactics of bid letters-worked out into quotation,in the light of joining several project bids by oneself,which is used for reference.
