肌红蛋白、心肌肌钙蛋白和肌酸激酶同工酶检测对新生儿窒息心肌损害的诊断价值 被引量:13

摘要 探讨肌红蛋白(Mb)、心肌肌钙蛋白(cTnI)和肌酸激酶同工酶(CK MB)测定在诊治窒息新生儿心肌损害的价值。采用免疫化学发光法和酶动学法对35名正常足月新生儿、50 例窒息新生儿进行 Mb、cTnI和 CK MB检测。结果表明: 与正常新生儿比较, 患儿组 Mb、cTnI和 CK MB值均显著升高(P<0.01),且随窒息程度加重而升高, 其中Mb灵敏度最高, cTnI特异性最强。研究表明: 新生儿窒息对患儿心肌功能产生损伤, Mb、cT nI和CK MB三项指标能较好反映心肌损害程度。 To explore the diagnostic value of determination of serum Mb, cTnI and CK-MB le- vels for heart muscle damage in asphyxial newborns, they were measured in 35 normal full-term and 50 asphyxial newborns by chemiluminescent immunoassay and KIN.The result showed that compared with normal full-term newborns, the levels of Mb, cTnI and CK-MB in asphyxial newborns were significantly higher(P<0.01).The severer the asphyxial state, the heavier the heart muscle damage was.Among these three the sensitivity of Mb was the highest and the specificity of the cTnI was the strongest.This study showed that asphyxia in newborns could damage the heart muscle and the levels of Mb, cTnI and CK-MB could better reflect the heart muscle damage.
