摘要
本文介绍了天津地区浅层地基土的工程特性，并根据４０幢不同类型建筑物历时２～１４年的沉降观测成果，探讨了天津地区建筑物沉降的变化规律。
The soil charcteristics in the aera of Tianjin are briefly intreduced in this paper.Based on thesemement records of40 buildings,settlement behaviour of the buildings in this area are studied. Thenthe sedement of a building is calclated with finite element method of(1)Biot′s consolidation theory,(2)a coupled problem of BOit′s consolidation and bound surface constitutive model.
