摘要
针对奥氏体不锈钢材料,系统地开展了YAG-MAG激光电弧复合焊工艺研究。在对比YAG激光焊、熔化极气体保护焊和YAG-MAG复合焊的情况下,分别考察了焊接电流、激光功率、焊接速度、激光电弧间距等对焊缝成形的影响,证明了复合焊具有显著的优越性。
The process investigation on hybrid YAG - MAG laser arc welding of austenite stainless steel is systematically developed. On the basis of comparison of YAG laser welding, gas metal arc welding and hybrid YAG - MAG welding, the effects of the welding current, laser power, welding speed and distance between laser and arc on weld formation are studied. The remarkable advantages of the hybrid welding are proved.
