How to build the rapid quotation system of requirement product price based on EJB and multi-agent technology is studied. Each agent as a Java Bean which runs on the EJB server, the EJB and multi -agent technology is used to build a secure, transparent operation and distributed environment of rapid equota-tion system of requirement product price in order to rapidly quote at the price of products of enterprise in the phase of product requirement design.
