摘要
某型飞机机轮轮毂内壁有多处划伤或打伤,这些故障造成轮毂应力集中和强度下降,严重危及飞机起降安全。本文通过对实物的检查和对刹车装置配合关系的分析,提出了刹车片设计上的缺陷是造成轮毂内壁打伤的主要原因,并提出了改进方案。
There are many scratches on the inner wall of the wheel hub of an airplane, which results in the stress concentration and the strength reduction of the wheel hub, and endangers the airplane in the rise and fall. According to the object checking, the coordinate relation of braking device is analyzed and the reason that the shortcomings in the design of the brake blocks causes the damages on the inner wall is pointed out. A new approach to improve it is given.
