文章论述了独立董事制度在我国存在的问题,并提出了建立专门委员会、对监事会制度进行改革等完善独立董事制度的建议。
The paper discussed the problems of the independent director system in China, and proposed some suggestions on how to make this system better. The suggestions include the construction of a special committee, reformation of the system of statutory board of auditors
