摘要
目的掌握食品卫生监督监测的情况,进一步搞好食品卫生监督管理工作.方法收集分析1997~2003年焦作市的食品卫生监督监测资料.结果食品抽检、餐具监测、卫生监督、行政处罚等方面的资料分析表明,食品抽检合格率呈上升趋势,餐具消毒效果监测合格率逐年提高,对食品生产经营者的监督频次逐年增高.结论针对发现的问题,提出了今后加强食品卫生监督管理工作的建议.
Objective To learn the situation of supervision and monitoring of food hygiene and carry out better supervision and management of food hygiene.Methods To Collect and analyze all the data of food hygiene from 1997~2003 in Jiaozuo city.Results Data analysis showed that qualification rate of food sampling rose steadily,rate of sterilization effect of tableware increased year by year,and frequencies of supervision and inspection on food production and marketing increased yearly.Conclusion Based on identified problems,some suggestions of food inspection and management were put forward.
