摘要
用电化学腐蚀法制备微小尺寸的针尖,在深入分析电化学腐蚀原理的基础上,采用检测电流变化率的方法对腐蚀过程进行控制,使切断时间控制在微秒级以下,并对试验参数(如,电压、电极丝浸入溶液深度、溶液浓度等)对试验结果的影响进行了分析,制作出尺寸在微米级以下的针尖。
Preparation of small sized tips is obtained using electrochemical dissolution.Based on the understanding of the principle of electrochemical etching,the ratio of current change is detected to control the dissolution process;cutoff time is limited below microsecond.Effects of the applied voltage,immersed depth and electrolyte concentration on the size of tips are discussed.Tips less than micrometer is fabricated.
