公路桥梁桥墩振动测量分析仪的设计

摘要 为了精确测量公路桥墩的振动幅度,消除行车隐患,采用超低频绝对振动位移传感器作桥墩振动特性检测器件,设计了公路桥墩振动测量分析仪。用动态特性补偿原理,经过低频扩展电路和积分电路,解决了普通电磁式传感器不能直接用于超低频测量的问题。该仪器频带范围为0.35~30Hz,线性度为0.5%,灵敏度为0.001V/mm,误差范围为-3%~3%。 In order to measure precisely the oscillations of the highway bridge pier and eliminate traffic accident,a new apparatus for analyzing and measuring the oscillations of the highway bridge pier is designed.The ultra low frequency vibration displacement sensor is applied as the measuring element.By using the dynamic compensating principle,going through the low frequency expander circuit and the integration circuit,the problem unable to use the normal electromagnetic sensor for measuring the ultra low frequency is solved.The measured bandwidth is (0.35~30Hz),lineaity is 0.5%,sensitivity is 0.001V/mm and error range is from -3% to 3%.
