摘要
利用高效液相色谱法检测红曲米中的桔霉素,研究了红曲米萃取剂,烘干温度,红曲发酵时间对测出的桔霉素含量的影响,结果表明:在五种萃取剂里,甲酸的萃取效果最好.红曲米中测出的桔霉素的含量随烘干温度的增加而减少,在设定的烘干温度中,50℃时测出的桔霉素含量最高.随着固态发酵时间的延长,桔霉素生成量增加,至发酵后期生成量出现最大值,随后生成量开始减少.
The methods of HPLC determination of citrinin in red rice was studied in this paper. The drying temperature and solvent extraction are important for the citrinin contents of red rice. The results indicated that the amount of citrinin was reduced with the increase of drying temperature. When it was 50℃, the citrinin contents was the highest. Formic acid has proved to extract citrinin from red rice most effectively. The citrinin contents of red rice was alao closely related with culture time.
