摘要
介绍了首钢第二炼钢厂新建的210 t LF的设备和工艺技术特点,经过5个月的调试与生产,设备运行正常,各项工艺技术指标均达到了设计要求,完全能满足正常生产及高档次品种钢冶炼的要求。
The present paper introduces the characteristics of metallurgical process and equipments of the newly built 210 ton ladle furnace in the No.2 Steel-making Plant of Shougang. During commissioning and production for 5 months the equipments have been running smoothly and all technological index have attained the designed goal and can meet the requirements of normal production as well as the requirements for refining high value products.
