摘要
从改进冶炼操作工艺及优化溅渣护炉工艺提高溅渣护炉效果两方面入手, 降低了钢水对炉衬(包括溅渣层)的侵蚀, 提高补炉层(包括溅渣层)的抗侵蚀能力, 实现了降低补炉耐材的目的, 取得了明显的效果。
The corrosion of hot metal on lining including the slag splash layer is reduced and the corrosion resistance of the patched layer including the slag splash layer raised by improvement of the smelting process. As the rpsults the purpose of reducing the patching refractory consumption is thus achieved.
