高速滚珠丝杠副综合性能试验台的研制开发

Research and Development of Test System of Conbination Property of High-Speed Ball Screw Unit

研制开发了一种用于测量高速滚珠丝杠副综合性能参数的试验台。利用该试验台可以对滚珠丝杠副的加速度、速度、温升、热位移、定位精度等综合性能参数进行测试,为用户提供准确可靠的检测报告。介绍了试验台机械设计制造中应注意的问题,给出了测试系统的软件、硬件实现方法。

The test system used to measure the conbination property parameters of high-speed ball screw unit is developed to test the acceleration, speed, temperature variation, thermal deformation and positioning accuracy and etc. and supply accurate and reliable report for the customer. The problems should be paid attention to while designing and manufacturing of the test system are introduced, and the realization method of the software and hardware of the system is given.
