摘要
针对当前蜗杆制造误差检测的实际情况,提出了基于空域分析法的环面蜗杆制造误差检测新方法;根据空域数据采集的特点,提出了以空间位移坐标代替时间坐标对环面蜗杆进行空域频谱分析的方法,给出了应用空域分析理论设计的FMT测量系统,以及应用该系统进行环面蜗杆制造误差检测的实用效果。
Aiming to slove the problems of manufacturing error detecting on worm, a new method of testing manufacturing errors on enveloping worm based on space domain is developed. According to the characters of data collection for space domain, an approach that the time coordinate is replaced by space coordinate is presented to analyze the space domain frequency. The FMT examination system based on space domain methodology is expressed, and the application result of the method is presented.
