摘要
本文借助于解析方法及其ＨｕｒｗｉｔｚＺｅｔａ─函数的函数方程给出ξ＇１（ｓ，α）对参数α的二次积分均值的一个很强的渐近公式。
In this paper, Using the analytic method and the functional equation of Hurwith Zeta-function to give a sharper asymptotic formula for the integral mean value of ξ1 (s,α)for parametera.
