Nafion修饰微铂电极示差脉冲微分溶出状安法测定Fe^(3+)的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文以20um铂业为基体,制备了Nafion修饰微铂电极,研究了Fe3+在该电极上的溶出伏安特性,并应用于血清中的Fe3+的测定,方法的最低检测限为5×10-9mol/L,在5×10-8~1.2×10-6mol/L浓度范围内,Fe3+的浓度与峰高呈良好的线性关系,平行七次测定的相对标准偏差为2.92%,方法的回收率为102%. Nafion-coated microcylinder electrode has been constructed by platinum wire(20 umin dialecter). The cathodic stripping voltalnetric characteristics on the microcylinder electrode arestudied in ferric solution. The electrode has been used to determine trace amount of ferric in serum.The detection limit of ferric is 5 x 10-9mol/L. There is a good Linear relationship between theconcentration of ferric and peak height in the range of 5 x 10-8 to 1.2 x 10-6 mol/L. The l.elativestandard deviation for seven parallel determination is 2.92% and a recovery 102%.
