摘要
在二氯甲烷溶液中，在三氯化铝存在下，２．３－二氢－１Ｈ－环庚［ｂ］吡嗪与等摩尔的乙酰氯，丙酰氯、苯甲酰氯相作用生成相应的２－（２－酰氨基已基氨基）酮．当用２克分子丁酰氯则生成２－（２－丁酰氨基乙基氨基）酮和２—［（２－丁酰氨基乙基）（丁酰基）氨基］酮．
In the dichloromethane solution, 2.3 -dihydro- 1H- cyclohepta[b]pyrazine (1 )reacted with acylchloride in the presence of Aluminium chloride to afford 2- (2-acylamino ethyl amino)tropone. When compound(1) reaction with 2mol butyryl chloride, the 2-(2-butyryl amino etyl amino)tropone and 2-[(2- butyryl amino ethy1)(butyryl)amino] tropone were yielded.
