关于浙江汽车及零部件工业的考察与思考

Status Quo of Automobile and Parts Industry of Zhejiang Province and Enlightenment from It

汽车及零部件制造业是浙江省新兴产业之一,纵观其发展经验,主要有历经艰苦创业、发展速度很快;市场定位准确、经营特色明显;注重资本经营、发展跨国经营;强化企业文化、不断开拓创新等特点。学习和借鉴浙江经验,加快江苏汽车及零部件工业发展,应着重抓好以下四个方面:一是增强整合提升汽车产业的共识,加快开放式重组汽车产业的步伐。二是加大科技投入,着力提升江苏汽车工业的核心竞争力。三是强化招商引资,力争在与国内外汽车行业大企业合资合作上取得突破性进展。四是加强组织领导,为江苏汽车产业的跨越式发展创造良好的外部环境。

Automobile and related automobile parts manufacturing has been one of the latest fast-growing industries of Zhejiang Province. This industry has been through tough time in the beginning yet still managed to achieve fast growth. Its success is owed to the accurate market segmentation and distinct management features by emphasizing capital growth and international sales, and promoting corporate culture and continuous deploitation and innovation. In order for Jiangsu province to pick up, we should gain enlightenment from the following four aspects: Build up the conformity within the industry and quicken the steps of reorganization; Increase funding for research and technological innovation to exalt the competitive position of Jiangsu automobile industry; Attract more investment, cooperation and joint venture with domestic and foreign automobile industries; Reinforce the key role of organizing and guidance in order to create a favorable development environment for the industry.
