摘要
用三氯甲苯代替苯甲酸,改进专利原来工艺,合成了2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮,选择出适合于这个反应体系的溶剂组成和操作条件,并且在烷基化反应中,用廉价的质子溶剂代替了酮类溶剂.
Dihydroxybenzophenone (1) was prepared in 95. 5% yield by treating resorcinol with benzotrichloride at 50℃ in 1:2 ethanol-water mixture. 2-Hydroxy-4 -(n-octyloxy)benzophenone was prepared in 85.6% yield by the alkylation of (I) with octylbromide in 1:4 water-ethanolsolution in the presence of sodium bicarbonate.
