The basic retirement pension replacement rate is an important content of the retirement security system ,and is also one of the critical indexes that the International Labor Organization would consider when assessing social security situation of every country.The basic retirement pension replacement rate in Beijing is lower than that of the nation and has a trend of falling down.Therefore,it is significant to perform research to decide a target replacement rate.To guarantee the realization of the target replacement rate,the government should try to perfect regulations and policies of retirement insurance from many aspects.
