高效液相色谱法测定1．4──二羟基蒽醌的研究

本文探讨了用正己烷、１．４─二氧六环、乙酸乙酯三元体系进行洗脱，用高效液相色谱对１．４─二羟基蒽醌进行了定量测定的方法．其线性范围为０．００６～０．０８ｍｇ／ｍｌ．相关系数ｒ＝０．９９９１．最低检出限为０．０２μｇ．回收率为９７．０３～１０１．０％．本法简便、快速、准确、重现性好，适用于定量分析．

This paper reports a new method which can be used to mesure the concenteration of 1.4-dihydroxy anthraquinone by HPLC using the tribais of haxane,acetic ether and dioxane(CH2)4O2 The linear range of concentration is 0.006～101.0%ml(r=0.9991),the detectio limit is 0.02μg and the recovery is 99.03～101.0%.The proposed method has advantages in simplicty fastness repeatablity and accuracy.
