摘要 稻草经尿素氨化外理后,干物质的瘤胃降解率和尿素残留量明显受稻草的含水量、尿素用量、处理时间和温度的影响。试验结果:用尿素氨化处理稻草,尿素用量以5%(占干物质)、含水量40%、添加大豆粉4%(或鸡粪8%)的效果较为理想。在尿素氨化处理温度低、时间短的条件下,添加4%的大豆粉可加快尿素的分解;而在温度高、处理时间长的情况下,添加大豆粉与否,对尿素分解没有影响。用氨化稻草饲喂延边黄牛,可以增加采食量,提高日增重,瘤胃内的的PHTVFA浓度以及丙酸。乙酸的比值均得到提高(P<0.05)同时稻草中的有机物粗蛋白、NDF、ADF和无氮浸出物的消化率也显著提高(P<0.05)。 It is found that the degradation of residual straw in the rumen is closely related to the content of water in straw, Urea used, processing time and temperature of test, The result of experiment proves that 5% of urea is avai-lable for ammoniating the straw contained 40% water and 4% of soybean powder (or 8% of poultry dung) . The decmpositon of urea is sped at low test temperature and short processing time when 4% of soybean powder is contained in the straw but any effect could not be seen at high temperature and long proce ssing time.It will be possible to make cattle eat more much of straw, gain weight monthly, increase PH, concentration of TVFA and the rate of propionic acid to acetic acib in the rumen (P0.05), and the degestion of crude protein, NDF, ADF and residual materials which uncontained nitrogen, will be promoted when this kind of straw used to feed the cattle of Yan bian.
