复方何首乌鹿茸煎剂对小鼠耐缺氧能力及抗疲劳作用的影响

Effects of additional decoction of Radix Polygoni Multiflori and Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum on hypoxia tolerance and exhaustion-resist in mice

观察了复方何首乌鹿茸煎剂在常压条件下对小鼠耐缺氧能力和对小鼠抗疲劳作用的影响。结果表明复方何首乌鹿茸煎剂可延长小鼠的存活时间，并具有明显的抗疲劳作用。

The effects of additional decoction of Radix Polygoni Multiflori and Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum on hypoxia tolerance and exhaustion-resist in mice under the ordinary pressure were studied. The results show that the additional decoction of Radix Polygoni Multiflori and Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum i.g. 4g/kg can extend the survivaI time of mice for hypoxia and has significant action of exhaustion-resist under the ordinary pressure.
