防风的抗凝作用实验研究

Effect of Radix Ledebouriellae on coagulation and bleeding time in mice

为了观察防风有无抗凝作用，给小鼠腹腔注射防风正丁醇萃取物后测定了凝血时间和出血时间。结果，用玻片法测得的凝血时间，生理盐水组为０．６±０．２ｍｉｎ，而防风８ｇ／ｋｇ组为１．７±１．０ｍｉｎ（Ｐ＜０．００１），４ｇ／ｋｇ组为１．３±１．０ｍｉｎ（Ｐ＜０．０１）：用毛细管法测得的凝血时间，生理盐水组为１．６±０．６ｍｉｎ，防风组分别为２．９±１．０ｍｉｎ（Ｐ＜０．００１）和２．２±０．８（Ｐ＜０．０５）；用断尾法测得的出血时间，生理盐水组为１２．６±４．８ｍｉｎ，防风组分别为１７．３±５．６ｍｉｎ（Ｐ＜０．０１）和１６．１±３．０ｍｉｎ（Ｐ＜０．０１）．结果提示防风正丁醇萃取物有明显的抗凝作用。

To observe the effect of Radix Ledebouriellae n-butylethyl extract on anticoagulation,the coagulation and bleeding time were measured after i.p.Radix Ledebouriellae nbutylethyl extract in mice. The results were as follows: the coagulation time measured with slide method was 0. 6±0.2 min in normal saline group, 1.7±1.0min (P<0.01) in Radix Ledebouriellae group (8 g/kg) and 1.3±1.0 min (P<0.01) in Radix Ledebouriellae group (4 g/kg); the coagulation time measured with capillary method was 1.6±0.6min,2.9±1. 0 min (P<0.01) and 2.2±0.8 min (P<0.05); the bleeding time measured with tail breaking methed was 12.6±4.8min,17.3±5. 6min (P<0.01) and 16.1±3.0min (P<0. 01), respectively. The results suggest that the Radix Ledebouriellae n-butylethyl extract has anticoagulation action.
