摘要
报告１９５８～１９８０年期间我科收治的５０例胸椎结核合并截瘫的治疗结果及影响疗效的因素，并结合疗效着重讨论手术方法的选择及儿童胸椎结核术后康复治疗的初步体会。
The treatment results and affecting therapeutic factors of fifty cases of tuberculosis of thoracic vertebrae with paraplegia between 1958 and 1980 were reviewed.The selection of operative method for tuberculosis of thoracic vertebrae and the postoperative rehibilitation of tuberculosis of thoracic vertebrae in children are emphatically discussed according to the curative effect.
