摘要
利用分光光度法和原子吸收分光光度法测定中草药返魂草中铁、锰含量，并用不同溶剂萃取返魂草中铁、锌、铜、锰，结果表明，返魂草中存在少量的游离络合态的铁、锰，在不同溶剂萃取液中铁、锌、铜。锰的含量有异，并以有机态与无机态形式存在．
The Content of fe, Mn In Senecio Cannabifoius
Less wasw detcrmined by spectropho-tometry and atomic absorption spectrophotometry and
the Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn were extracted witli different solvents. The results showed that there was a
small amount of Fe and Mn of free complex state in Senecio Cannabifolius Less and the
content of Fe, Zn, Cu and Mn cxtrated with different soivents was differdent and they existed in
organic and inorganic state .
